We had such a good time here! The best breakfast ever, and they worked with our allergies like champs. Mitch was really friendly too. We even spotted some deer outside one morning, which was a cool touch. The only issue was the billing mix-up—I just hope they sort that out soon.

the ivey spencer leadership centre is a hidden gem! the executive room was super clean and comfy, and i loved the quick access to the lovely park surrounding the hotel. the little living room area with a pull-out couch was perfect for relaxing after a long day. the dining options were excellent too!

The room had a clean and orderly feel, with comfortable bedding that made for restful nights. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries. I found the location ideal for accessing local attractions and being near the university. Additionally, there weren't any microwaves in the room, and it would have been nice to have the bedding changed during my two-night stay. Although the dining options were delicious, the menu could use a bit more clarity. My overall experience was positive, and the friendly staff made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay.

Excellent hotel with its free parking, 24-hour reception, and a lovely restaurant. The staff even helped me find a local taxi on my first stay. I’ll be back for another city break!

great stay but room layout could be improved

The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy for my wife and me to sleep in much later than usual. The concierge went above and beyond when we asked for tea, providing it at no charge. The peaceful surroundings of the hotel, filled with beautiful trees and well-kept grounds, truly made it feel like a retreat.

We had a wonderful stay. The beds were amazing! My wife and I both slept in to 0845, something we never do. Plus, when we asked for a cup of tea at the concierge, they got it for us with no charge!

We had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful grounds with our kids! The volleyball courts were a hit, and the spacious, comfy room provided a great base for our family. We loved grabbing some food nearby and enjoying the cozy atmosphere.

My kids wished there was a pool for some fun splash time. It would be a great addition for families.

The Heritage Queen Room was a mix of charm and discomfort. It was nice and quiet, which I loved. The view outside was beautiful and perfect for some peaceful moments. But honestly, it felt a bit worn with dusty corners and peeling paint. The bed wasn't the comfiest, and we had some hiccups with the TV that took a while to sort out. Overall, it was just okay, not what I expected for the price.
